The Amelia Cake. This display cake was created to show how a small cake can have a big impact. Everything, except the real ribbon trim, is edible on the outside of this cake including the flowers, branches and bird. In the next photos I added fondant eggs to show that the cake could be used for an elegant baby shower or even a Mother's Day cake.
