I made this cake for my husband's sweet aunt & uncle who are retiring from being pastors. It is a 10" square iced in SMBC (my new fav!) and decorated with fondant and gumpaste details. I wrote the inscription with an edible marker on a piece of fondant. Stained glass windows were on all four sides, I drew & colored the panels with edible markers.
