This was for a couple who got engaged in the Caribbean, the palm trees are modeling chocolate with flower paste leaves and the sea is home made piping gel, I learned a lesson though, I should have strengthened the tree trunks internally as one snapped on delivery! Had to run home and make a new one PDQ!
