This was my first chocolate cake, and it was for my big Sis-in-law-to-be! I now love working with ganache! The dragon is marzipan/ almond paste and the pool is homemade piping gel- anyone have any tips though- I put the gel over green sugar paste to intensify the colour but over night the sugar paste liquefied though the gel remained clear and just sat on top... only noticed when the cake was cut...
