This custom specialty cake was designed for little Vittoria's very first birthday! When Vittoria's mommy approached us for a cake she made it very clear - this cake HAD to be special. We decided to go with a theme to match her birthday dress. The bottom tier is covered in fondant, sugar crystals, and royal icing rosettes. The top tier is also covered in fondant with swiss dots, a red fondant bow, and a fondant recreation of little Vittoria's dress! Both tiers are vanilla cake, the bottom tier is filled with chocolate ganache, the top tier is filled with hazelnut ganache.
