Very Violet

White Chocolate mud cake with Baileys & white chocolate ganache & fondant. Flowers were made out of a mixture of mexican paste and fondant, & dipped in a mix of rose spirits & petal dust for colour. These are my favourite letter cutters, the Jem set - I love that font!
