She was extreemly difficult, everything is edible minus the dowel down the middle and the little foam bit inside the bud of the rose. White chocolate cake, cheese cake filling, raspberry filling. I think there are 6 layers on her dress. Belle is holding a book. If anyone has any tips on white coloring (icing whitener) for the eyes I would love it. The highlight kept bleeding into the black. It was very unfortunate.
