In community album: Baby Shower
This cake was made for my brother-in law and sister-in law's baby shower celebrating the birth of their 3rd child finally a son. It is three tiers 10"-8" and 6". It was iced in all buttercream icing in John Deere colors Green and Yellow. The topper used is toy John Deere tractor pulling a wagon. The middle tier has a plastic fence with plastic horses. I piped grass with buttercream icing and a shell border for bottom and top tier. I used John Deere plaque cupcake picks around the bottom and top tiers. I covered the cake board with green fondant and used the tractor and made tire tracks in the fondant. I also made cupcakes, some vanilla abd some chocolate with John Deere yellow buttercream swirled icing. A top the cupcake were some plastic ballcap cupcake picks that we bought and then we created a green and yellow cupcake wrapper that looked like baby onsies and also created the little farm tractor picks from the cricut die cut machine. Hope everyone likes it.
