Tracee's wedding cake is a replica of the folds on her wedding dress. It is folded ivory fondant with a handmade edible sugar flower. The bottom tier is red velvet cake with cream cheese mousse filling; the middle tier is pumpkin cake with cream cheese mousse filling; and the top tier is coconut cake with creamy coconut filling.
