This was made for my Manager's 50th Birthday. She is Irish and loves tea. so I made an antique teacup and saucer part of the design with the topper. The colors in the flowers also incorporated the Irish flag colors of green, white, and orange. The cake was a dark fudge cake with chocolate ganache. Fondant covered, airbrushed then scroll work guilded with gold. The verse on the board is an Irish toast with royal icing shamrocks.
