A friend of mine asked if I could do her son's 5th Bday cake. He was Harry Potter for Halloween and she thought my gumpaste Harry Potter figure from my first attempt at a Harry Potter cake was "So cute". Well, since I don't like doing the same cake twice (and I don't know who would) this is what I came up with for my 2nd HP cake. I used a castle bundt cake pan, frosted with buttercream and then used my cobblestone impression sheet on it for texture. This cake was MUCH easier than constructing an actual castle out of individual little cakes like I did the first time around! Thanks for looking :o)
