My customer gave me permission to create the sail out of fabric (she had a 7 hour drive with the cake) everything else is either Gumpaste, Fondant, or buttercream. The third sail is called a spinnaker and it gave me a headache. She said that it was a must have on the cake. It was tuff to work out how I would make it puff out. Boning worked!
