This was a 3rd birthday cake for my son, and was inspired by CC member tx49er's design. The top tier was a 5" white cake, filled with chocolate ganache and a cookies and cream frosting. The bottom tier was a 7" white cake filled with a lemon cream cheese frosting. The cakes are covered, and decorated with fondant. Thanks for looking!
