I did this cake for my friend who is from Texas and loves all things Southwestern. It is SO MUCH FUN TO decorate a cake when they are so appreciative and their expressions are priceless! Bottom tier is 8" chocolate with pudding, sour cream, and flavored with a little orange and it was really good. Top tier is 6" vanilla with pudding, and sour cream. All decorations are fondant. The horse and rider are a replica of a statue she has and it's called "The end of the Trail". Oh, and when I delivered her cake she had the PERFECT cake stand to put the cake on.
