My first cake! The Wilton fondant and gum paste class I wanted to take was cancelled so I decided to just try it on my own. I watched some tutorials that really helped me. I think I did pretty well. My cake is WASC with Rasberrry Mousse filling. The glasses are filled with jello. Made my own MM fondant. I think i am hooked on fondant cakes. I had so much fun!
