My son loves cows!! I made this cake on a stupidly humid day in Melbourne ( 89% humidity) and my icing was dripping wet. Worst cake deco experience ever. His head started to slide off and it was so wet that I couldn't touch it. I tried to add a dowel through the top at the last minute and couldn't get it through the polystyrine at the bottom of the head,which caused the cake to bulge. It was so humid that by the next morning his legs had disappeared and he was melting onto the board!! I was really happy with how he turned out for the photo he was as good as he was going to get!
