This cake was for my son's future mother-in-law's 60th Birthday. Limoncello flavoured sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and lemon curd filling, covered in fondant, with the daisies, trinket box, earring, ring and pearl necklace (had problems with the necklace, didn't have a beadmaker and had to improvise) all made out of gumpaste and painted with gold lustre dust and white pearl dust. I hope she likes it, my son is delivering the cake later today.
