I really enjoyed making this cake. The baby on top is made with white chocolate. The shoes, rattle, and bib are made with fondant. Thanks to whimsygirlscakes for the diaper cake idea. It was a hit. After the fact, I decided I didn't like the lace cake boards so I'll be doing something different next time. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with a rasberry mousse and the top tier is a caramel cake with layers of chocolate and dulce de leche filling. I guess baby thought it was good too because he decided to make an early appearance!
