Cookie Dough Cupcake

New recipe I tried out on a snowy day at home with my kids! Brown sugar cupcake with semi-sweet chocolate morsels, "cookie dough" filling and brown sugar buttercream icing, topped with mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Every bit as addictive as the name sake! TFL! :o)
