This birthday cake is for a little boy turning 9. The delivery date was moved up and I only had red and green icing on hand. Since my buttercream had crusted well I painted gingerbread men all around the sides with a mixture of vodka and gold luster dust. Cake is vanilla with apricot/pineapple filling covered in vanilla BC.
