I was asked to make a cake with santa bringing a baby the way a stork brings a baby for someone whose birthday was on Chistmas. Both tiers are WASC with buttercream. The dots are MMF. Santa's body is RCT covered in MMF and his legs, head, hat, and shoes are all MMF. The baby and blanket are MMF and the tree is a lollipop I bought from Walmart.
