I made this cake for my cousin's 1st birthday. All of the decorations are made with fondant except the initials on the belt, they are sugar pearls. Since I can't get a good chocolate brown using food coloring, i bought chocolate flavored fondant. the fondant is Duff's brand from Ace of Cakes. it tastes really good, i haven't met anyone who doesn't like it.
