Cheese Log

This cheese log flopped terribly - when I rolled it (jelly roll fashion), it peeled off, it looked terrible. So I took dark and white chocolate leaves that I had prepared for another cake that did not work out (see what I was dealing with all in one day?), and I covered the log with them! Everyone thought it was just an elegant presentation (sshhh!)
