Made this Barbie cake with two layers of 8" round white cake and white cake baked in a small pyrex bowl. It would have been better to have three layers of round cake because the Barbie was too tall and I couldn't take her legs off. I got creative and cut a hole in the cake board and put the cake on a pedestal (upside down blender lid!) so I could push her feet through the bottom. Decorated with buttercream icing. My girls think she is beautiful and I have had lots of requests by them to make another!
