3-D Flower Pot Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday!! She loves flowers, it was my first time making gumpaste flowers, it was tons of fun. The cake is just a pound cake with chocolate buttercream frosting. I used crushed oreos for the dirt and fondant for the outside of the flower pot. The butterfly is not edible though, just a store bought silk butterfly.

I bought the wilton kit that comes with a book with step by step instructions....when you have all the steps they really aren't that difficult

I just stacked 6" round cakes and then froze them and carved them
