I was trying to see if I could do the cornili(sp?) lace on this cake. I start course 3 next week and we are suppost to learn it then but I just wanted to see if I could do it ahead of time. Guess I'll wait to learn the "correct" way to do it. I don't think I have enough squiggles and they need to be closer together. I have to say that although it didn't look the greatest it tasted wonderful. I took it to my moms work for everyone to eat and it was gone in a matter of minutes.
