This is a snow globe I made for Christmas gifts for friends. I had intentions to make a hard candy globe to place over the cake to resemble to glass and even made the mold, but simply ran out of time before I got the sizes right, etc. So that will be my project for next year. The inside is a white cake colored green and a red velvet cake. (a 6in and a 4in) The top was covered in white Mm fondant then sprinkled with edible white glitter flakes and some white nonpareils as snow balls. This one features the Louisville skyline hand painted on the base and the top has the couple making a snowmanan anatomically correct one :}
