This Champagne bottle in the ice bucket is the hardest cake I have attempted. Carved in madeira, the fondant icing did not want to stand up straight! The laws of gravity were against me on this one! I didn't enjoy it ~ at one stage it nearly flew out the window as my patience got the better of me! Not for the short tempered !!
