Made for a friend who LOVES NASCAR...this was my husbands idea to poke fun at him for his obsession. The cake istelf is a 9"x13" flanked by two 10" rounds that were cut in half and then carved to make the bank of the track. Cake is covered in fondand and modeling chocolate.
