One year old Derek loves Toupie & Binou on TV. This is a rainbow cake with buttercream icing covered with fondant. I made the caracters in cuted fondant that I put together like a stained-glass window. Than I piped the borders with black royal icing to give the effect of real caracters. I also put a cupcake on the side so the baby can take some icing.
