No special cutters -- I just found a picture of Mr. PH, sized it, printed it on cardstock and then used it as a template to cut the cookies. The eyes, nose and ears are small oval cutters.

What did you use for icing? Its so smooth & flawless.

I used royal icing for the black outline and glaze icing for the flooding.
