This is the cake I made for New Year's Eve 2010 and my and my husbands 3rd wedding anniversary :) Coconut and vanilla cake, passionsfruitmousse and limemousse. First time I made a mousse cake in this pan, and it was a bit tricky... TFL and a happy new year!
