I made this cake for my grandmother's 5th annual 70th birthday. It is a chocolate cake with raspberry and ganache filling and whipped cream cheese frosting. The white chocolate cigarellos were made using a tutorial on this site (Nati's Way) and were quite the adventure. Gum paste roses colored with petal dust top the cake.
