Family Christmas Cake 2010
This cake is a butter pound cake with raspberry fruit filling with chocolate buttercream and chocolate shavings. It is a fondant covered cake with gumpaste decorations. The ornaments are made with RCT and covered with fondant. Haven't been doing cakes for very long so I was very happy how this one turned out!
I just noticed this is from 2010 and there are no comments? What's up with that? You did such an awesome job! It's hard to believe that you hadn't been doing cakes for very long when you did this! Beautiful and flawless!
