Many thanks to mayo4 on cc for the idea of the SNOW letters, mine are not quite as perfect - but such a lovely idea. I made the snowman as per my previous photo, the SNOW letter were made from royal icing, sparkles and bits, snowflakes from a plunge cutter. This cake I made for my son's future inlaws and they loved it.
