Cake is a 10" four layer white cake, with BC filling and crumb coat, then covered with mmf, the gingerbread men, candy canes and stockings are also mmf. the tree, writing, and dots are piped BC, and the coloring on the gingerbread men, stockings and candy canes are a mixture of powdered sugar, milk and melted shortening.
