This is a Christmas version of a stadium cake that I enjoy making. Each stand is rich fruity Christmas cake covered with marzipan followed by fondant. I added lights to the floodlights and Christmas tree. The stand supports are made of dowelling. For the pitch and stand details I used Photofrost.
