Glass of milk cake is Vanilla Bean cake with a fresh raspberry filling and covered in fondant. "Glass" texture is made out of full gelatin sheets and applied to the fondant with gel paste. (Thanks to the ccer's who helped me with this!) Gingerbread man is made out of gingerbread. The sweet, naughty, little pug is sculpted out of gum paste.
