8" rounds for snowman head, 6" round for top hat. Hat brim is 9" cardboard round covered in fondant. Fondant coal eyes, mouth and carrot. Butter vanilla cake with white chocolate buttercream for snowman and butter vanilla cake with whipped chocolate ganache for the top hat.
