Cupcakes decorated at my mom's request for her to treat at the choir she sings in. She'd bought the cupcakes at the local supermarket, unfortunately they were not all too even. They were a big hit anyway.
Yes, they are covered in fodant, like you would cover any large cake. Even tried to smoother them a little. Added a white layer of fondant to give it the meliting look and ended by adding the little flames, which I attached by sticking them onto an uncooked piece of spaghetti.
