Over the Hill cake for my boss. French Vanilla, Buttercream and chocolate ganache filling. Covered in MMF. Not how I wanted it to turn out. I had it iced in buttercream only but didn't like the results so I had 30 minutes to redo the cake in fondant before getting it to work. Lessoned learned.
