I love this cake! Funny you say that. When my instructor saw my first flower bouquet she thought I put to much green leaves... I liked it really green and covering it all up too. Perhaps some buttercream leaves of a different color and size to give it more variety.

Hey Jane - the leaves are actually three different shades and some are marbled. I thought about adding bc leaves, but I don't really like them and (more importantly) - this was a use up leftovers kind of cake. The fondant and poinsettias were from Course III and the bc was from a cake I made earlier in the week. I've got no cake stuff trailing in my kitchen now!
