The challenge with this order was to create a cake that encompassed two themes. I think I did that! I did the two FBCTs and covered the cake in buttercream. The cake itself was a dark chocolate cake with chocolate bavarian cream filling. The customer was very pleased. This was a 14 inch petal pan cake!
