My first attempt at rollerskates (cake for my lil speed skating cousin). I only had 4 hours to get it done from building base to decorating the cake.. Classic yellow cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. The wheels are made from Rice Krispy Treats. The entire cake is covered in buttercream fondant.
