This was a quick cake for my MIL's birthday... we were having a lunch at my BIL's house and he asked if I could make her a cake. I said sure, but it would have to be simple due to other work commitments. So this is what I made. Unfortunately, due to horrendous weather, we - and MIL - didn't actually get to my BIL's for lunch!!! But we did get it to my MIL!!
