I saw the design by hbarberycakes several weeks ago and fell in love, so I volunteered to make this cake for my church Christmas party. I'm so happy with how it turned out! It's a 9in+6in+4in frosted in buttercream. I used a (new) toothbrush to splatter silver pearl dust (mixed with clear vanilla) all over to give it a starry look. I cut all the silhouettes out of fondant. I am so proud to have made something so beautiful that helps us remember what this wonderful season is all about. I am forever grateful for my Savior!
