Brooch & Bow Wedding Cake

16" Rum, 12"Amaretto, 10"Chocolate fudge, 8" Red Velvet. Chocolate ganache with MMF, gum paste roses, The cake was sprayed with luster dust before applying the accents pieces. I had a very hard time with the bow, the bride's mother brought me acetate ribbon instead of a satin fabric and the bow would wrinkle everytime I try to make it,. it took me about 3 bows and still did not look good to me.
