Baked the body and the head in 2 different size Pyrex bowls, added the snout out of a small square of cake and shaped it a little. Covered the whole thing in fondant and added the ears and tail separately. Iced the board with brown buttercream for mud. Customer sent me a pic she had found somewhere and I was nervous about doing this one. It was actually very easy and I was happy with it.
