Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake
I made this for my daughters 3rd birthday. Bottom cake is chocolate with chocolate cream filling, top is strawberry cake with a strawberry cream cheese filling. Both cakes are iced in buttercream and covered w/MMF. Cake is decorated with MMF flowers and edible image on a MMF plaque. Cake board is also decorated w/MMF and ribbon to coordinate with the cake.
