My very first wedding cake that I have ever made and the first 16" fondant covered cake. What a pain to cover too. Fortunately for me the bride chose a really simple design. Anyway bottom was spice, middle was chocolate, top was a dummy cake. Whole thing covered in fondant with blue buttercream dots and a brown ribbon that the bride picked out around the bottom of each tier. The topper was bought and provided by the bride.
